Free trial

Godmode Pro (monthly or yearly) starts with a free 14-day trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends — in the billing portal, from the app or by email — and you pay nothing at all. If you don’t cancel, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your first month or year is charged then.

Not the right fit? Email kontakt@codext.de within 14 days of your first payment (the first payment after the trial). We refund the full amount to your original payment method — no questions, no forms — and your license is deactivated.

Founding 100: 10 hours back, or every cent back

If you joined through the Founding 100 offer, you get a longer, outcome-based guarantee on top: set up at least 3 automations (we help on your setup call), and if Godmode hasn’t saved you 10 hours of work in the first 30 days after your first payment, email kontakt@codext.de within those 30 days. We refund that payment in full; your own estimate of the time saved is enough. If your first automation isn’t running 48 hours after you install, tell us and the founder sets it up with you.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel monthly or yearly plans anytime from the billing portal (linked in your receipt, on your welcome page and in the app) or by email. You keep access until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for; there are no further charges. Renewals are not refunded, except within the guarantee above.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us (Codext GmbH, Frankenstraße 10, 74549 Wolpertshausen, Germany, kontakt@codext.de, +49 7904 5203106) by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model form below, but you don’t have to. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Consequences: if you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used.

Early expiry for digital content: your right of withdrawal expires once we have started delivering the Software, if you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed you know you lose your right of withdrawal this way. The voluntary money-back guarantee above still applies either way.
