Program terms

Godmode Partners is run by Codext GmbH, Frankenstraße 10, 74549 Wolpertshausen, Germany (“we”). By joining you (“partner”) accept these terms. You join as an independent partner, not as our employee or agent.

1. Joining

You must be at least 18. Joining is free and approved right away. We can pause or end a partnership at any time, in particular when these rules are broken. You can leave at any time by email.

2. Commission

• You earn 20% of every payment a customer you referred makes for Godmode, for 12 months after their first payment.
• The base is the amount paid minus the tax Stripe calculated on it. Payments in other currencies are converted to EUR at Stripe’s rate on the day of payment.
• Each commission is held for 30 days (money-back guarantee and chargebacks) and then becomes available.
• Refunds, also partial ones, and lost chargebacks cancel the matching commission. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payouts.
• Self-referrals earn nothing: purchases by you, with your email address, or for your own business.

3. Attribution

• Your link (usegodmode.com/r/YOURCODE, or any page with ?ref=YOURCODE) stores your code in the visitor’s browser for 60 days. If they click several partner links, the last one counts.
• Your code entered at checkout always wins over a link. Customers who use it get 20% off their first month.
• A customer counts for you when they buy in a browser that holds your link, or with your code. We decide attribution from our records; there is no claim to a commission without them.

4. Payouts

• We pay out on the 1st of each month once your available balance is at least €25, in EUR.
• You must have confirmed your email and set up a payout method: Stripe (to your bank, where Stripe supports it) or PayPal.
• Fees your bank or PayPal charge for receiving money are yours. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your commission.
• Commission earned through a breach of these rules is not paid, and we may claim back what was paid for it.

5. Rules

• Mark every post as advertising: #ad in the caption and the platform’s paid-partnership label where there is one.
• No false or misleading claims about Godmode, its price or what it does, and no income promises.
• No spam: no mass comments, direct messages or emails, and no posting where it isn’t allowed.
• No paid ads that use the Godmode name or brand, including bidding on “Godmode” as a search keyword.
• Don’t pose as Godmode, Codext GmbH or Daniel Ehrhardt, and don’t suggest that we, Anthropic or Apple endorse you.
• No incentivised or fake installs, sign-ups or clicks: no paying or rewarding people for them, no bots, no cookie stuffing.
• Keep content legal and respectful. Never show other people’s data or your own passwords or codes.

6. Using our brand

You may use the Godmode name, logo, screenshots and the recordings in the content kit in your posts about Godmode. You may not change the logo or register names, accounts or domains with “Godmode” in them. We may share your public posts about Godmode with credit to you.

7. Your data

We store your name, email, country, the links you give us, your clips, and your payout details to run the program. Payouts are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Other partners see your first name and the initial of your last name on the monthly leaderboard, never your earnings. Details are in our privacy policy.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms or the commission with 30 days’ notice by email; commission earned before a change stays as it was. Prices of Godmode (Godmode Private €49/month, Godmode Company €499/month) can change. German law applies. Questions: kontakt@codext.de.
